Guy Verberne

Chief Economist


Guy Verberne is responsible for all macro-economic analysis within PGGM Investment Management - the second largest Dutch pension fund service provider, with currently €175bn under management. Guy started his career as a policy advisor at the Dutch Ministry of Finance, before moving to the banking industry, where he has worked as a senior fixed income portfolio manager, chief economist and head of strategy. He has a master's degree in economics from Erasmus University Rotterdam, specializing in monetary economics and finance.

Jan Dehn

Head of Research


Jan Dehn, Head of Research, joined Ashmore in 2005. Jan has extensive experience of trading Emerging Markets sovereign external debt, local currency bonds, FX, corporate bonds, and Frontier Markets. He joined Ashmore from Credit Suisse First Boston, where he worked as a sovereign fixed income analyst covering Latin America, mainly out of New York. He has also covered Eastern European, South African, and Mexican markets in a local currency strategy role. Jan has worked as a consultant to the World Bank's research department in Washington DC on public expenditure issues and commodity shocks. He served for two years as an ODI Fellow in the Ministry of Finance and Economic Development in Uganda.

Jan holds a Doctorate in Economics from Oxford University, a Masters Degree in Quantitative Development Economics from Warwick University, and a Bachelors Degree in Economics from Sussex University. He lived for several years in East Africa as a child, where his parents worked for various development agencies.


Patrick Fleur

Head of Trading & Execution


Patrick is head of the Trading & Execution Desk at PGGM since September 2007. PGGM is the third biggest asset manager for pension funds in Europe with approximately € 200 billion AuM.
Patrick is heading a team of professionals who can hold risk or act as an agent servicing 16 different teams of portfolio managers across all liquid asset categories. He is responsible for all relationships with financial counterparts and for all Front Office IT & facility related
services. Patrick holds positions at various committees and working groups (ECB FXCG, FEMR MPP, FMSB, BIS MPG, AFM/DNB and the ACI FXC.

Prior to working at PGGM he started his career as a FX trader at ABN AMRO in 1995. After 6 years he joined ABP (nowadays APG) to set up the trading desk which resulted in a cross asset team of 13 people covering all assets. In 2006 he moved to Lehman Brothers in London to become part of a new proprietary desk running FX and Rates risk.

Patrick studied Banking & Finance at the business school of Enschede and Mechanical Engineering at the University of Twente.

Kit Juckes

Global Head of FX Strategy


Kit Juckes joined SG in 2010 as Global head of Currency Research, from the ECU Group, a London based currency management boutique where he was the Chief Economist. Kit has spent over 25 years as a strategist and economist covering bond, credit and currency markets in London, Frankfurt and Greenwich, Connecticut. He has worked for The Mitsui Bank, SG Warburg, and NatWest/RBS. Kit was born in Kenya, brought up in Paris, studied economics at University College, London and lives in Highgate with his wife Cheryl and two children.

Michael Metcalfe

Senior Managing Director & Head of Macro Strategy,


Michael leads State Street Global Markets Macro Strategy team focusing on how the behavior of investors and online retailers can help with investment decisions. In this role he regularly consults with many of the world's largest institutional investors as well as policy makers.

His team is consistently voted as providing some of the best capital flow and macro research to institutional investors by industry surveys. Having trained as an economist at Cambridge University, Michael has spent twenty years as a macro strategist.

He is a regular commentator in the financial media, presenter at industry conferences and has had two talks published on TED.com on printing money for international aid and a provocative way to tackle climate change.

Simon Wells

Chief European Economist


Before joining HSBC as Chief UK Economist in December 2011, Simon worked as an economist and senior manager at the Bank of England. Over a twelve year period he held a number of roles in the Monetary Policy, Financial Stability and Markets areas of the Bank. For several years he was responsible for briefing the Monetary Policy Committee on financial market developments, although immediately prior to joining HSBC he headed the team analysing the outlook for UK demand and output. Simon also worked for two years at the Monetary Authority of Singapore, gaining valuable insight into East Asian economies.

Simon Quijano-Evans

Emerging Markets Strategist


Simon joined LGIM in July 2016 from Commerzbank, where he held the positions of Chief Emerging Markets Strategist and Head of EM Research. Prior to that, he was Chief Economist/Head of EMEA Research at ING, following similar roles at Credit Agricole Cheuvreux and UniCredit MIB. Simon has 18 years of emerging markets experience, having also worked for the Thai Ministry of Industry in the mid-1990s. He has been ranked in top three individual and team positions in Extel and Euromoney client surveys. Simon holds a Doctorate in Economics from the University of Vienna and has authored/edited a book on Turkey.

Andrew Milligan

Head of Global Strategy


Andrew Milligan OBE joined Aberdeen Standard Investments (formerly Standard Life Investments) in 2000 as Global Investment Strategist before being appointed Head of Global Strategy in January 2001. Prior to that, he was employed by HM Treasury, followed by Lloyds Bank where he was an Economic Adviser, and Smith New Court as an International Economist. In 1994, he was appointed Chief Economist with New Japan Securities Europe. He then moved to Morley Fund Management (now Aviva Investors) in 1996 to take up the position of Director of Economic Research & Business Risk.

Kate Lowe

Head of FX Prime Brokerage


Kate Lowe (Head of FX Prime Brokerage at Standard Charted Bank) has over 15 years experience in the financial services industry, Ms. Lowe has held numerous leadership roles in prime services, clearing, fixed income and equities at Standard Chartered Bank, BNP Paribas, Morgan Stanley and JP Morgan. She has led global teams in the Prime Brokerage arena, with a specific focus on business development & strategy, client risk management and product development. Prior to emigrating to the United Kingdom, Ms. Lowe qualified as an Advocate (Barrister) with the Durban Bar.

Marc Millington-Buck

Head of International FX Business Development


Marc Millington-Buck joined the Moscow Exchange as Head of International FX Sales in July 2013 and is part of the Moscow Exchange's International Sales Team based out of London & Zürich.

Marc has more than 20 years' exchange-market experience. He has extensive knowledge of electronic trading in cash and derivatives products; including FX, money markets, fixed income, equities and commodities. He also has valuable experience in the trading operations and processes of electronic exchanges such as DMA, clearing and risk management.

Starting out his career in the Treasury department of an international bank, then subsequently its Treasury Sales and Financial Structuring teams, he has been active in selling FX and hybrid rate risk management products to large international Bank and Corporate clients from the outset. Marc has also been a trader of Futures & Options on LIFFE and LTOM and developed electronic derivatives trading and automated arbitrage systems. Marc worked with the exchange traded derivatives and electronic OTC venues, banks and prime brokers to on-board new and existing international clients for trading under risk managed, sponsored DMA.




Peter Plester

Head of FX Prime Brokerage


Peter joined Saxo in 2014 and is responsible for Saxo' FX PB services. Peter has 26 years' experience in financial services.

Prior to Saxo, Peter was Global Head of FX Prime Brokerage at Rabobank in London, a business he set up in 2005, was responsible for the bank's FXPB desks in London, New York and Hong Kong. Rabobank's FXPB business grew to one of the largest in the market and had a wide spread of institutional clients including global banks, private banks, hedge funds, proptrading firms and broker agency desks.

Peter also held a number of trading roles at Societe Generale, Daiwa Securities and Man Group. Peter holds an ACI Diploma.

Philippe Waechter

Chief Economist


Philippe Waechter is Chief Economist at Natixis Asset Management and head of the Economic Research Unit. He was previously head of economic research at Banque Populaire Asset Management, a predecessor company to Natixis.

He began his investment career as an economist at BRED Banque Populaire. He currently lectures at the Ecole Normale Supérieure of Cachan.
Mr. Waechter was an associate professor at the Université d'Evry in 2003, is co-author of Subprimes, the Global Bankruptcy (May 2008), and is frequently quoted in the financial media.

He holds a graduate degree in economics and in econometrics from Université Paris I.




Brian Tomlinson

Senior Fixed Income Portfolio Manager


Brian Tomlinson is a Global Fixed Income Portfolio Manager with Allianz Global Investors which he joined in 2013. He is in charge of managing global bonds & currencies within the AGI Global Fixed Income team.

He has more than 27 years of industry experience and was previously a global bond fund manager and currency specialist for 7 years at PIMCO. Brian has managed the following strategies: Global, Currency, European Aggregate, Liability Driven Investments, and USD short duration).

Claire Dissaux

Head of Global Economics and Strategy


Claire is responsible for the production of all macroeconomic and currency research, for both Developed and Emerging Markets at Millennium Global. Claire is also focused on client related requests and product development initiatives driven by the firm's philosophy of a fundamental economic orientation to client currency solutions.

Claire's highly analytical approach has been developed during her tenure as an economist at the Ministry of Finance in France and then at Société Générale and Credit Agricole Indosuez gaining experience and expertise in Country Risk Analysis and Emerging Market Research and Strategy.

Claire graduated from ENSAE, the French National School for Statistics and Economics, in Paris. She also holds a degree of advanced studies (DEA) in Macroeconomics, Modelling and Forecasting from University of Paris (Pantheon-Sorbonne).

Marc Tuehl

Global Head of FX Overlay

HSBC Global Banking & Markets

Marc started his career in 1996 with Deutsche Bank Duesseldorf in a Sales role covering Foreign Exchange and Rates products. He moved to HSBC Trinkaus & Burkhardt, Dusseldorf in 2000 working in Foreign Exchange Sales with a focus on structured products. Two years later Marc became Head of German Desk at LCF Rothschild in Geneva. In this position he was responsible for the advisory of German and Pan-European clients within structured rates, FX and quantitative asset management.

Marc became Head of Currency Overlay Management at HSBC Trinkaus in 2004 before moving to London in 2013 as Global Head of FX Overlay. In this position he is responsible for the global FX Overlay platform of HSBC providing passive and dynamic hedging solutions.



Geoffrey Yu

Head of UK Investment Office


Geoffrey Yu is an Executive Director and Head of UK Investment Office at UBS Wealth Management. He manages a London-based team which specialises in UK-themed research content and asset allocation recommendations to the UBS Wealth Management Global Chief Investment Office. In addition, he serves as an investment strategist for UHNW clients, providing cross-asset UHNW investment and trading ideas, incorporating the House View and UHNW TAA.

Before joining UBS Wealth Management in January 2016, Geoffrey served as the senior G10 FX Strategist for UBS Investment Bank for a decade in London, Zurich and Singapore.

Born in Beijing, Geoffrey spent the bulk of his childhood in the UK before returning to China for secondary education. He holds a double BA in Mathematics and Economics from Carleton College in Northfield, Minnesota and an MSc in Finance from the LSE.

Paddy Boyle

Head of ForexClear


Paddy Boyle is the Head of LCH's ForexClear service.

Prior to joining LCH in 2016, he spent 16 years at Goldman Sachs, where he was a partner and Global Head of FX Options. He was a member of the Bank of England's FX Joint Standing Committee from 2013 to early 2014.

Paddy received his BA and Master's in Mathematics from Trinity College, University of Cambridge, in 1997.

Tim Cartledge

Global Head of FX & Head of Product


Tim Cartledge was appointed Global Head of FX and Head of Product for NEX Markets in February 2017. Tim previously served as Chief Strategy Officer at EBS BrokerTec and, prior to that, he was Head of Global Fixed Income Currencies and Commodities (FICC) Electronic Trading at Barclays Bank.

From 2004 to 2014 he held various positions as Managing Director at Barclays Capital, where he was responsible for building Barclays' highly successful electronic FX business.

Tim previously held roles at Dresdner Bank, Credit Suisse and Goldman Sachs. He is a member of the NEX Global Executive Management Group.

Philip Maton

Treasury Director


Philip Maton took up the role of Treasury Director at Liberty Global in January 2017. He is responsible for the firm's strategic approach to risk management across all financial risks. He also leads on the management of its pension liabilities.

He previously worked within Corporate Structuring at the Royal Bank of Scotland, thereafter as a VP within the Risk Solutions Group at Santander Global Corporate Banking. He is a CFA charterholder.

Noel Singh

Head of eFX Business Development


Noel Singh is Head of eFX Business Development at Sucden Financial, where he leads the firm's development of its non-bank FX prime brokerage business.
He has over 25 years' experience in banking and currency trading and joined the company from ABN Amro Clearing Bank, where he managed their OTC FX clearing business.
Other past positions include Head of FX Prime Brokerage for SEB and senior roles at Integral Development, Dresdner Kleinwort, EBS and also Dai-Ichi Kangyo Bank, prior to its merger.



Stephane Malrait

Managing Director and Global Head of E-Commerce for Financial Markets

Stéphane Malrait is Managing Director and Global Head of E-Commerce for Financial Markets at ING Bank. Stéphane joined ING to lead the bank e-commerce initiatives across all financial market products and to develop on the financial market group's cross-asset ecommerce strategy. Before joining ING in May 2015, Stephane spent eight years at Société Générale, where he became the Global Head of FIC eCommerce, creating an eCommerce business covering credit, rates, money market, emerging market and FX. Prior to this, Stéphane worked at JPMorgan Chase for ten years, serving in different roles in Global FX E-Commerce Business Management and cross-asset eCommerce technology.

Stephane has a strong background in financial markets and understands the need for continued technological development to drive positive change in trading and market structure workflows. He is leading the ING Financial Market innovation strategy and also working on the implementation of financial regulations that will impact the clients trading activity and transform how the trading floor operates.

Stephane is also a board member for several eTrading market initiatives and associations. Since 2005 he has been active with the ACI Financial Market Association - an international non-profit organisation that represents the interests of market professionals in foreign exchange and money markets. Here, he has chaired the ACI FX committee and overseen the launch of the ACI Fixed Income committee, representing the views of professionals in these respective sectors. He is also an active member of the ECB FX contact group working on the BIS Global FX code of conduct.

Andrew Harvey

Managing Director, Europe, of the Global FX Division


Andrew Harvey is Managing Director, Europe, of the Global FX Division of GFMA (the Global Financial Markets Association). The Division was formed in June 2010 to support efforts to promote an efficient FX market, monitor regulatory developments that could affect the market and assist the industry in building out the infrastructure of the future. While focused on Europe, Andrew has responsibilities for global initiatives as the Division seeks to harmonise evolving rules for FX across jurisdictions.

Previously, Andrew was an Executive Director at Morgan Stanley where he worked for seven years - initially as European Head of FX and Cash Fixed Income. Andrew co-chaired the GFXD Operations Committee, and was an active member of the Bank of England Operations Committee. After leaving this role, Andrew ran the Global Emerging Markets Rates and Credit groups before moving to be the Global COO for Derivative Operations. Prior to Morgan Stanley, Andrew worked at Goldman Sachs for nine years within its Foreign Exchange group.


Pedro Jimenez

Inhouse Banker


Pedro started as a junior international treasurer with Messier - Bugatti ( now Safran Landing Systems) where he was in charge of financial risks management. After a few years he decided to switch to the Credit du Nord Group as an FX option trader and as a broker in London for the GFI Group. In 2000 he came back to Paris as a treasurer for the Vivendi Group in charge of cash management and fx risk for the Vivendi Universal Publishing affiliates. In 2004 he joined Schneider Electric as the VP Group Treasurer in charge of cash and risks management (fx and commodities)

He now runs is own consulting company based on the Inhouse Banker concept and built in partnership with Citizen Can, a treasury consulting company based in Paris and London.

David Ketley

Head of Dealing


David joined Harmonic in 2007 and was appointed Head of Dealing in 2014.

Prior to joining Harmonic, David held several roles at Lloyd's of London, including Assistant Investment Manager where he was responsible for assisting in the management and maintenance of US domiciled portfolios. David gained experience in FX execution while at Lloyd's Treasury Services. David began his career as a market analyst at Dresdner Bank analysing domestic German markets for Dresdner's institutional investment clients.

He has a degree in International Business and German from Aston University


David Woolcock

Director - Business Consulting


David is an experienced FX trader having worked in a variety of trading roles for 40 years. David is Director, Business Consulting at Eurobase and Chair of the Committee for Professionalism at ACI - The Financial Markets Association as well as Vice-Chairing the ACI FX Committee. Lately David has been on the Market Practitioners Group for the FXWG at the Bank for International Settlements to establish a single set of global principles of good practice for foreign exchange markets - the Global Code of Conduct for FX.

Having worked for a number of banks between 1977 and 2003, specialising in e-FX from 1998, David co-founded Derivative Consulting Ltd. specialising in eFX, Prime Brokerage, and FX CCP Clearing. This included advising LCH on central counterparty clearing for the FX market. Following a stint at FXall David left when the sale to Thomson Reuters completed to join Eurobase Banking Solutions and splits his time between Eurobase and his private consultancy business.

Basu Choudhury

Head of Business Intelligence


Basu Choudhury heads up the Business Intelligence group for NEX-Traiana service with a focus on continuing to extend the cross-asset service capabilities for both the Buy and Sell sides.

Basu brings a wealth of experience as the former Head of Product for LCH ForexClear service, where he lead the design of the service for FX NDF clearing and was at the forefront of the definition of a model for CCPs to interact with CLS to enable the clearing of other FX products(FX Options/Spot/Forwards).

Before joining LCH Basu was at Standard Bank, where he was a business/technical architect focused on business and process reengineering for the local markets' desks across its global emerging markets footprint. Prior to his time at Standard Bank, he spent over 15 years building, designing and supporting banking and hedge fund business initiatives across Rates, FX, Equity Derivative and Credit products.

Basu received his Masters in Economics, specializing in econometrics and options theory, from the University of Toronto in 1997.


Paul Houston

Global Head of FX Products


Paul Houston serves as CME Group's Executive Director, Global Head of FX. He is responsible for leading the development, execution and management of the exchange's FX business globally. He is based in London.

Prior to joining the company in April 2016, Houston most recently worked for Deutsche Bank in London where he was Head of FX & Fixed Income Prime Brokerage and Listed Derivatives Client Solutions in Europe, Middle East and Africa. In that role, he delivered a range of FX, OTC rates and credit clearing, listed derivatives clearing and execution products and services to institutional clients including hedge funds, asset managers and banks.

Before joining Deutsche Bank in 2012, Houston ran global FX and fixed income prime brokerage teams at a number of banks including Credit Suisse, RBS and JP Morgan Chase in London and New York. He is a member of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants and the Association of Corporate Treasurers.

James Sinclair

Executive Chairman


James Sinclair is a co-founder of MarketFactory and serves as its executive chairman where he focuses on strategic initiatives and governance.

Prior to founding MarketFactory, he served as head of research and strategy for FX and fixed income at ICAP Electronic Broking. Prior to ICAP, he held a number of positions at EBS since its inception in 1991, including head of Asia/Pacific, head of sales for the Americas, global head of product management and head of research and strategy. Prior to EBS, he was a vice president at Citibank based in Hong Kong and Tokyo for over 10 years.

As a member of the BIS Markets Participants Group (MPG), James co-chaired the Examples Working Group that wrote the examples in the new FX Code of Conduct.

He graduated from Imperial College, University of London, with a BSc (engineering).


Marcus Butt

Managing Director, Global Head FX Prime Services


Prior to taking responsibility for FX Prime Services, Marcus was responsible for sales across Prime Brokerage, Futures & OTC Clearing and for the OTC Clearing product in EMEA.

Before joining RBS, Marcus spend 17 years at UBS where he held a number of roles in Prime Services, Securities Lending and FX

Joseph Peka

Deputy Treasurer


Joe Peka is Deputy Treasury for URENCO, the uranium enrichment company.
His scope of responsibility includes managing treasury risk, treasury operations and treasury technology.

He is a Fellow Chartered Certified Accountant and Associate Member of the Association of Corporate Treasurers.
His 19 year experience as a treasury specialist includes working as a treasury consultant for KPMG and PWC and as a treasurer for international insurance, retail and energy businesses.




Federico Catasta

Head of Risk Management


Federico Catasta was appointed Head of Risk Management at CNH Industrial N.V. in 2014 to oversee the Group FX and interest rate risk and insurance programs.
He has more than 15 year experience in Corporate Finance and Treasury functions both in Europe and the U.S. in the automotive and capital goods sectors.

John Crisp

Director of Product


John Crisp is the director of product at Fenics Software Limited. Fenics supplies FX derivative solutions spanning from pre-trade analysis, risk management, automated client price distribution and post-trade processing.

John joined Fenics in 1997. Prior to his current directorship, he was product manager on strategic product initiatives including an FX options e-commerce platform and an energy options pricing and risk solution. John also spent three years in Tokyo covering Fenics product strategy for the Asia Pacific region. He holds a BA in mathematics from Cambridge University.


Nikos Tsoskounoglou

Head of Algorithmic Trading


Nikos Tsoskounoglou is an integral part of the ADS Securities development team which is focused on improving the trading through the use of AI based technology. He works out of the London office and focuses on FX flow analysis based trading and pricing algorithms.

Prior to joining ADS Securities' he was a Chief Quant Analyst at ICAP looking at execution algos for liquidity optimisation models for spot FX pricing across emerging markets and G10 pairs. Before this he spent six years working at Client Knowledge overseeing a team of quants and developers, working to help banks improve their eFX capabilities.

Marshall Bailey



Marshall has substantial experience of leading complex international committees and boards. His background spans a range of sectors, including banking and capital markets, government regulation, and public policy. Marshall has had an active role in FICC markets on working with codes of conduct, currently as a member and Co-Chair of the Market Participants Group of the BIS Global FX Code team, and has been part of the British All-Party Parliamentary Group on wholesale financial markets for the UK Parliament.

Marshall Bailey is the non-executive Chairman of CIBC World Markets Plc in London, and a member of the Audit committee for the London branch. As such, he has regulatory authority and obligation over all activities in the region. He has been an instrumental part of rolling out the stable governance platform in London.
Additionally, he is a non-executive Director and Chair of the Risk Committee of Chubb European Group Insurance Ltd, which is the world's largest property and casualty insurer, and is an Independent Director on the board of UK Financial Investments Ltd (UKFI), the government body overseeing the UK government's ownership of RBS and UK Asset Resolution from the era of the financial crisis, giving him substantial investment banking and leadership experience at an international level.

Marshall began his career in Geneva as an equity derivatives trader with a private Swiss bank, then at UBS in Toronto in 1991, moving to TD and RBC Capital Markets, where he served as Head of Institutional FX Sales in Toronto. He held a variety of senior roles at RBC over a period of more than 15 years, including Managing Director and Head of Client Coverage for the Financial Institutions Group in EMEA & Asia, and on the European Board of BAFT-IFSA. In 2011 he moved to State Street Global Markets, where he was Chief Operating Officer, as well as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer for State Street Global Markets International Limited and Director on the Board of State Street Bank Europe Ltd. He has served Global President of ACI Financial Markets Association, where he worked to develop best-practise tools for education for market practitioners. He is passionate about clients, and works to enable a strong workforce from diverse backgrounds.

Marshall holds a BA in Political Science from the University of Winnipeg, a Master of Arts in International Affairs and History from the Graduate Institute of International and Development Studies in Geneva, Switzerland and is a Chartered Financial Analyst. He has also completed the FT Non-Executive Directors' Diploma. In his spare time, Marshall sails and is a qualified Ocean Yachtmaster with the Royal Yachting Association. He also buys himself a new putter each year in his endless pursuit of lower golf scores.



Jasper Jorritsma

Senior Policy Advisor


Jasper Jorritsma is senior policy advisor at the Dutch AFM. He is policy lead on issues relating to market structure, market integrity, and commodities issues. He is also involved in strategy development.
He represents the AFM at ESMA's Market Structure and Commodity Derivatives Task Forces. From 2010 to 2013, he was seconded to the European Commission to draft and negotiate MiFID II and other pieces of legislation.
He studied economics and philosophy at the University of Amsterdam and the University of California, Berkeley.

Prior to this Smart worked at RBS for three years as MD – Head of Fixed Income Electronic Distribution. He moved there in August 2012 from Morgan Stanley, where he had been a Managing Director in Foreign Exchange and Emerging Markets and more recently, Head of Fixed-Income e-Commerce and Global Head of e-Commerce Sales. Prior to Morgan Stanley, Smart worked at Deutsche Bank for nine years as a senior sales person for its e-trading platform, Autobahn. Pritesh Ruparel

Head of Option Origination and Structuring


Pritesh Ruparel heads up Sucden Financial's OTC FX options business, having originally been involved with principal trading at the company in both commodity and currency derivatives. After a successful tenor in this unit, he saw an opportunity for Sucden Financial to build upon its existing infrastructure and presence in the FX Options space, bringing to market one of the most sophisticated and transparent electronic FX option solutions. He has built an impressive portfolio of clients, trading FX derivatives as Sucden Financial grows its presence as a leading non-bank liquidity provider for asset managers, hedge funds, corporations and FX brokers.

Nick Downes



Nick is the Founder and CEO of FX Advisory Ltd, an FX consultancy helping clients to navigate the challenges of the FX Industry, with a focus on eFX and Data Analytics. Nick has over 30 years experience in the FX Industry and in that time has witnessed at first hand the changing market landscape from a voice driven, relationship-based market to a now highly automated, electronic environment. Over the last 15 years he has built, led and managed successful teams at some of the biggest eFX Banks and prior to that worked as a Senior Account Manager at EBS from 1998-2003. He started his trading career at Morgan Grenfell in 1986, moving to Credit Agricole Indosuez in 1992.
